Hefner Furniture & Appliance's Service Department is located out of the Poplar Bluff store but has technicians at both locations. The Service Department's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. You may contact the Service Department by phone, 573-785-1403.

We service what we sell.

Most products that Hefner Furniture & Appliance sell come complete with the manufacturer's warranty. Hefner Furniture & Appliance also offers extended warranties on most of the products it sells. Products not covered by a manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty can be serviced for a fee.

Appliance parts may also be purchased from Hefner's Service Department.
